About the team:

You will join the REKAB Backoffice Platform team: we develop the core cross cutting products and support teams working on their respective area in the MOIA Backoffice – which is the heart of REKABoperations.

Your responsibilities include:

Owning the improvement of the user management for about 300 users within about 50 different groups (with focus on GDPR compliance) Working with designers and developers to manage a reusable design system for consistent and efficient UI development Supporting other teams in developing holistic features smoothly within the Backoffice Ensuring alignment between cross functional stakeholders What you will do

Shaping, driving and executing the Backoffice Platform product strategy together with your team of engineers Explaining complex requirements and coherences towards your team and all involved stakeholders Facilitating product ideation processes for collaboration of stakeholders and engineers Communicate in a team player style to drive GDPR compliance, embracing a learning culture Driving a culture of excellence: You will manage unknowns and uncertainty and take responsibility for serving our operational partners and customers in the most convenient and efficient way. You inspire your team with clear missions and expectations. What will help you to fulfil your role

Fluent communication in English is required, German is a plus
